Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating a keni account you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use keni.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 (US) / 16 (EU). If you are under the age of majority where you live, your parent or legal guardian must agree on your behalf.

3. Acceptable use

You may NOT use keni to:

• upload, share, or solicit child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• harass, threaten, or stalk other users
• share other people's personal information without consent
• distribute malware, phishing links, or scams
• circumvent our safety / moderation systems
• resell or scrape keni services

Violations result in account suspension and, where applicable, reporting to NCMEC / law enforcement. See Safety.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you create. By posting it through keni, you grant us a limited license to store, transmit, and (where required by law) preserve it for safety / legal compliance. We do not use your content to train AI models without your explicit opt-in.

5. AI features

AI features (chat with keni, summaries, intent routing) may send content you actively send to AI to third-party model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) at the time of request. E2EE chat content with other humans is never sent to AI unless you explicitly trigger it.

6. Disclaimers

keni is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that AI outputs are accurate. Use AI suggestions at your own discretion.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of Section 3. Suspended accounts can appeal to hello@hikeni.com.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes are surfaced in-app with at least 30 days notice.
